Taking a marketing strategy for retailer engagement and turning it into an experiential activation, we brought to life the Beats Diner on behalf of Melbourne Quarter. The pop-up was part of a four-week event series where we celebrated retailers in the precinct with a month of incredible offers, musical performances, and activations throughout the Melbourne Quarter space.
This exciting series attracted more than 2,500 visitors to the new neighbourhood and assisted with growing the brand database by 50%.
Celebrating Australia's Biggest Morning Tea with Cancer Council and Collins Square!
We created an event filled with high tea sets amidst vibrant florals and whimsical Mad Hatter-inspired elements. Hundreds of cups of tea were served, all with the sole purpose of raising funds for Cancer Council Victoria. Guests could also affix stickers to the giant ‘cake’ which celebrated 30 years of the morning tea, naming loved ones that have been affected by cancer.
We had the pleasure of partnering with Sugar Republic and the team at Woodlea Estate to create Bloomville, a colour-filled summer pop-up experience for all ages. After exploring the shipping container sensory experience, guests went on to a ‘chill-out’ picnic area and enjoyed a variety of sweet and savory snacks, including fresh lemonade, alongside engaging garden games—a perfect family day out.
An enchanting and bespoke experience for guests of all ages at Burwood Brickworks Winter Wonderland!
The Winter Ice Lounge, constructed from larger-than-life ice cubes, featured a crystal photo moment, slime workshops alongside loaded hot chocolates, babycinos and daily tasty treats.
Downstairs, our custom-built Reindeer farm housed real life reindeers, straight from the North Pole! Additional wintery layers included snow cannons blasting every hour and decadent waffles.
Our design for the Teach The Future Careers Expo featured a four-quadrant structure, representing different teaching stages: staff room, early childhood, primary, and secondary classrooms.
The travelling activation was designed be installed and used at several Careers and Education expos across multiple cities in Australia, showcasing career opportunities in education and inspiring future educators.
We made the experience as authentic as possible by consulting on design choices with a current teacher who provided industry-based advice as we created the space, carefully selected props and used curriculum-approved books to layer authenticity into each room.
We also incorporated interactive and ‘play-based learning’ into each space. Examples include the use of a nature play table in the early childhood quadrant, sensory play mats and other sensory / calming activities. These dynamic spaces had great impact during the expo and proved popular with career seekers!

The challenge was to inspire staff to return to the office, boost patronage at local hospitality venues, reignite the energy in the precinct and restore the buzz at Riverside Quay. Challenge accepted!
We designed an exciting spin-to-win wheel, housed in an impactful custom-built structure, where workers were encouraged to participate and engage with participating local retailers. Throughout the month-long activation, we distributed hundreds of prizes, including vouchers for coffee, lunch, and happy hour drinks along with over $8,000 in luxury travel escapes.
